Creamy Balsamic Dressing: blend following ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (I used aged grand reserve nappa valley, and started with a quarter cup but then doubled it. Taste first with a quarter cup and add more and blend again if you want it more balsamicy)
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs Dijon
1/4 tsp flakey salt
Pour dressing over 1 box cooked pasta, 1 tub cherry tomatoes cut in half, 1 cucumber cut bite size pieces (I peeled and did quartered pieces), and a handful of feta. I tasted at this point and was VERY good but decided to make it a little extra herby and added some fresh dill, fresh basil, sweet pea greens and microgreens (makes it even prettier and so good!)
